We’ve stayed here before and we’ll continue to come back to this lovely AirBnB in Fruita! It accommodates all our needs from space, bike storage, fenced backyard, kid-friendly amenities like toys and plates, and walkable location to downtown activities! Thanks again!

We stayed at Miquela’s for a bike trip to Fruita and were very happy with our choice. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and it was an easy walk to the restaurants in downtown Fruita. We also took advantage of the ping pong and the backyard soaking up the great Fruita weather. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Miquela's house for a weekend mountain biking trip in Fruita and it could not have been more perfect! Super convenient location for being close to the trails and walking distance from downtown Fruita restaurants, shops and cafes. The bike storage in the back yard was also fantastic. All of us and our dogs will certainly be back because this trip couldn't have gone better.

We had a great stay with 4 adults and 3 kids! The best part for us was the large fenced in yard with lots of games. It was overall very comfortable for our group and easily accommodated all of us with 2 cars and lots of bikes.

Miquela was a great host. Super quick to respond and even let us check in early. The house was spotless and so comfortable. It was great having a fenced in yard and a garage to park my car. My kids loved having a ping pong table in the garage. We’d love to come back.

Miquela’s home is immaculate and very comfortable. The backyard is great. It is close to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping. We had just moved to town from out of state and needed someplace to stay while waiting to move into our home. Miquela is helpful and always available. 🙂

This place was ok. The baby toys were great to have! We didn’t feel that the beds or couches were particularly comfortable. The table was in a super tight spot and we had to pull it out further away from the wall so we could all sit around it. The sink had a leak while we were there but we informed Miquela so hopefully it’ll be fixed for future guests. The ice machine wasn’t on when we got there so we had to wait for ice. Also, the heat was off when we arrived and it was freezing inside! The house warmed up fast, but it wasn’t very welcoming, especially since it’s fall and the temperatures are dropping. The road was noisier at night than expected and we didn’t realize it was a duplex, rather than a single family home. Like I said, the baby toys were awesome to have but the rest of the house / stay wasn’t anything special.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and quiet house. Had plenty of room to relax and hangout. The communication was fantastic and if I ever needed anything they were a text away. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Miquela is probably the most responsive host I've ever encountered - from her communication to the information she provided about the local area, she was really fantastic. Her home is clean, comfortable, really nicely decorated, and had everything we needed.
