This townhome was the absolute perfect setup for our family. It was sparkling clean, stocked with everything guests might need, and thoughtful in every detail. Our kids were thrilled to find a full shelf of toys in the room with bunk beds! It is beautifully decorated but still feels easy to be in. Miquela was a terrific host, checking in before, during and after our stay. We wouldn’t change a thing!

I cannot say enough good things about Miquela and her awesome place in Fruita! When my family got home and my 2-year-old son woke up from sleeping in the car, he burst into tears and said he wanted to go back to the vacation home. I pretty much felt the same! We had 3 generations and various bikes/gear; Miquela’s place had everything we needed.

This house was a perfect home for our family. It comes with all the necessary features and amenities and it’s nicely located close to fruita town center. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

Great place to hang out with friends!!!

We stayed at Miquela’s for a bike trip to Fruita and were very happy with our choice. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and it was an easy walk to the restaurants in downtown Fruita. We also took advantage of the ping pong and the backyard soaking up the great Fruita weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!! Miquela was very responsive. Impressively clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything I needed. Beds were very comfortable. The place is close to downtown for easy bike access. I plan to stay here again when I come back next month.
