We had an excellent stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Great location near downtown Fruita. Hosts were incredibly nice. Also had a great time exploring the area and sightseeing.

Great place to stay! Miquela is an excellent host. She was very attentive to our needs. This place is great for children. The kids loved the toys and the bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of things. We were able to bake with the kids and make delicious dinners because of the amazing kitchen! I hope to stay here again.

Miquela’s home is immaculate and very comfortable. The backyard is great. It is close to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping. We had just moved to town from out of state and needed someplace to stay while waiting to move into our home. Miquela is helpful and always available. 🙂

We stayed at Miquela’s for a bike trip to Fruita and were very happy with our choice. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and it was an easy walk to the restaurants in downtown Fruita. We also took advantage of the ping pong and the backyard soaking up the great Fruita weather. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very clean and comfortable home to rent. We were able to walk to the small downtown about a mile away for breakfast and coffee. The home is well-stocked and we were able to make meals while there with no problem also. It is close to many biking trails and beautiful hikes. A very pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood!!

We absolutely loved staying here. Totally felt like a home away from home. Miquela was an incredible host and super responsive. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great proximity to mountain biking trails!

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and quiet house. Had plenty of room to relax and hangout. The communication was fantastic and if I ever needed anything they were a text away. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
