This place is AMAZING! My husband and I were in Fruita for a mountain biking trip and the location of this home was totally perfect. Everything in the home was so clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was totally stocked with everything we needed. Miquela was also super responsive and helpful. We have stayed in Fruita many times, and this is by far our favorite property. We will 100% stay here again in the future.

Very spacious and comfortable. Looks new and in a new neighborhood. Miquela was a great host and communicator. We were in the area to visit the Colorado National Monument, and this Airbnb was a convenient drive.

Miquela’s home is immaculate and very comfortable. The backyard is great. It is close to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping. We had just moved to town from out of state and needed someplace to stay while waiting to move into our home. Miquela is helpful and always available. 🙂

The house was very clean, neat and organized. It was also very well stocked we things that are often forgotten when staying in a place temporarily. Miquela was very easy to work with and was willing to accommodate some last-minute adjustments that needed to be made with our schedule, because of the weather conditions.
